Lessons

I offer online lessons!

Over the past 12 years of being a professional musician I have developed a unique approach to practicing. My goal is to always get better; to work on my sound, improve my technique and learn more music.

As a saxophonist, I will share with you my unique approach to sound development, working on time and how to learn new music.

As a composer I will discuss my composition techniques, why I write music and how it impacts me as a performer.

As a jazz musician I can teach you the inner workings of jazz harmony and theory, how it informs all types of popular music, so that you can learn any piece of music only by listening.

I have been teaching privately for over ten years. I have a degree in jazz performance from Humber College in Toronto, Canada, and have received many prestigious awards as a saxophonist.
